• FIBRO DOOR - GOLD SERIESFRP DOOR SHUTTER 30/35mm thick in wood grain texture. FRP thickness from 1.5 to 2.00 mm with extra reinforcement on sides & edges. The core of shutter to be polyol foam done in situ with wooden styles embedded for taking hinges & fixtures. Shutter to have recess for hinges. The shutter is totally waterproof, resistant to mild acids and alkalis.
• FIBRO DOOR - PRIME FINISHFRP DOOR SHUTTER 30/35mm thick in wood grain texture & veneer design. FRP thickness 1.5 to2.00mm, with extra reinforcement of sides & Edges. The core of the shutter to be polyol foam done in situ with wooden styles embedded for taking hinges, fixtures etc. Both sides of shutter are finished in clear resin with embedded printed tissue in veneer design & wood grain texture. Shutter to have recess for hinges. The shutter is totally waterproof, resistant to mild acids, alkalis and veneer finish as per choice.
• FRP DOOR FRAMEFRP Door Frame champered section shall be 125mm x 65mm with 35mm x 12mm rebate. FRP thickness along profile shall be 1.5 to 2.00mm with double coat of gel with pigment. Back side of rebate is filled with wooden strips to take up hinges and 3 bolts to be provided for mounting hold fast with nuts. Core material of frame shall be minimum of 35kg/m3 density rigid polyurethane foam. Frame shall be supplied in there piece assembled condition, ready to fit. Back side of frame is covered with rough FRP sheet.
• FRP DOOR FRAMEFRP Door Frame champered section shall be 100mm x 50mm with 30mm x 12mm rebate. FRP thickness along profile shall be 1.5 to 2.00mm with double coat of gel with pigment. Back side of rebate to be filled with wooden strips to take up hinges and 3 bolts is provided for mounting hold fast with nuts. Core material of frame shall be minimum of 35kg/m3 density rigid polyurethane foam. Frame shall be supplied in there piece assembled condition, ready to fit. Back side of frame is covered with rough FRP sheet.
• MOULDED PANEL DOORDecorative Moulded Panel Door made of high density imported Fiber Board Panel, phenol bonded preservative treated, seasoned timber, white primer finished./li>
• FRP WEATHER SHADEFRP weather shade shall have one piece moulded construction. Top surface have double coat of Gel Coat and 2.00 to 2.5mm FRP thickness. Surface shall have pigmented mangalore clay title finish in appropriate color. Its projection from wall shall be 600mm. It shall have 150mm drop on side and 60mm collar on back side for fixing to the wall.
