We offer a complete product range of Three Core Flat Cables
3 Core Flat Cables manufactured by F M Exim are PVC sheathed and are used for for giving electrical connection.
Conductors :The conductors, drawn from bright electrolyte grade copper, are annealed and bunched together.
Insulation :Bunched conductors are insulated with specially formulated, in-house developed PVC compound with high insulation resistance values. The insulation process is carried out on modern high speed extrusion lines with high accuracy, ensuring consistency in performance.
Sheath :The insulated core is laid up to form the core assembly. The outer sheath of the 3 core cable is made from a special grade of abrasion resistant to PVC compound impervious to water, grease, oil etc. This sheathing facilitate not only ease in stripping but also to withstand mechanical abrasion while in use.
