We design & fabricate PRESSURE VESSELS, REACTORS, JACKETED VESSELS, LIMPET COIL VESSELS & STORAGE TANKS. These tanks are widely used in OIL & GAS, DISTILLERY, PERTO CHEMICAL industries. These tanks are designed as per ASME SEC VIII DIV I. We are certified for ASME U Stamp Pressure Vessels

Maximum diameter fabricated is 6 mtr & length 5 mtr. Stainless Steel & Carbon Steel vessels is our speciality. Precise rolling is done for maintaining circularity of vessel. Dishend & cone are fabricated as per codes to avoid crossing of joints. Geometry of tank is maintained perfectly , which makes vessel aesthetically attractive. We have proper equipments required for manufacturing of vessels, which makes us to give customer on time delivery.

Manhole openings are provided for large tanks. Nozzle orientation & elevation is maintained to avoid any problems at site. For large tanks ladder & platforms are also provided. Products are designed so as to provide best competitive cost solution.

Skilled workers follow good engineering practices as per ASME codes. Welding quality is maintained as welders are qualified. Argon Gas with 99.99% purity is used to ensure proper fusing of material. Vessels are hydro tested to ensure proper strength of weld joints. Radiography is done as per product requirement. For Stainless Steel we go for TIG welding, while for Carbon Steel we use SMAW. Dye Penetrant test is also done. We also go for Ultra sonic test for high thickness plates. Steel is purchased from renowned sources to ensure quality product.

Venturi Tubes

  • Sizes 100 mm

A fluid passing through smoothly varying constrictions experience changes in velocity and pressure. These changes can be used to measure the flowrate of the fluid. Venturi tubes are available in various sizes from 100 mm to 813 mm with flow coefficient value of 0.984 for all diameter ratios. They are widely used due to low permanent pressure loss. Our manufactured venturis have been in operation in petrochemical, refining, gas pipeline, water, sewage and power plants. 

We offer Venturi Tubes in SS & CS, DUPLEX & ALUMINIUM. We design it precisely to get accurate flow rate of fluid. Throat is machined for better accuracy in readings. Manufacturing of venturi in strict accordance with ASME MFC-3M, BS-1042 & ISO-5167 standards.

Sizes offered vary from 100 mm dia to 1.5 mtr & length upto 6 mtrs. These Venturies are precisely fabricated to get accurate readings.

Distillation Columns

Distillation Columns are core of process industry. We are indulged in design & manufacturing of DISTILLATION COLUMNS. Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel & copper is our expertise. We design COLUMNS as per ASME SEC VIII DIV I. These columns are used in Petroleum Refineries, Petrochemical & Chemical Plants, Refrigeration Industries, Marine/Defence applications etc.

Maximum size fabricated is Ø3mtr x 13 mtr lg weighing up to 15 MT. We offer Columns by BATCH, CONTIUNOUS, STRIPPING, AZEOTROPHIC, EXTRACTIVE DISTILLATION PROCESS. Trays types depends on type of process. We offer trays in BUBBLE CAPS, SEIVE, VALVE & BAFFLE.

Distillation columns are classified by type and designed as per properties of boiling points of components contributing to mixture. Vapor-liquid equilibrium data is used to separate this mixtures. Required tray number and properties are calculated by vapor-liquid equilibrium properties of mixtures and number of phase. In short, size of distillation columns, basic design and especially height of distillation columns are determined by data of vapor- liquid equilibrium.

Piping Fabrication Work

Expertise in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Duplex Steel. We serve for OIL & GAS, PETRO-CHEMICAL, DISTILLERY & WATER TREATMENT industries. Specialised in TIG welding for piping.

Capacity for diameter is from 1/2" Sch 80 To 40" dia. Thickness range 1.6 to 60 mm thk. Executed piping projects for RELIANCE J3 project through ATLAS COPCO LIMITED for Oil & Gas Compressor.

Welders are skilled & qualified from DNV. WPS, PQR approved from BVIS. Welders qualified in 6G position for 1/2" Sch 80 pipe in Stainless Steel & Carbon Steel. We offer EN 10204 3.1 certified Test Certificates for Fittings, Flanges & Pipes. Welding efficiency is "1" with 100% radiography test. 1-2% repair percentage in welding. Level II quality engineer for reviewing radiographic films & other quality related tests. Water ppm level content is checked for SS hydro test. Proper care is taken for serration.

We have team of engineers for execution & procurement of material. Material is sourced from renown manufacturers to ensure best quality of products. Bolt On Jackets :

  • We Have Designed Special Type Of Bolt On Jackets To Sustain High Pressures.
  • These Jackets Have Dimple On Surface To Increase Stiffening.
  • As Due To Stiffening Material Thickness Required Is Less Which Reduces Weight Of Jacket
  • Hence Handling Of Jackets Is Much Easier.
  • Minimum Size Offered Is 2" Valve.
  • These Are Customised As Per Customer Requirement

Clamp On Jackets

  • These Jackets Are Used Where There Is Limitation Of Space For Assembly.
  • Range Varies As Per Customers Requirement.
  • Construction

    Material :

    • Jacket can be fabricated in stainless steel, carbon steel as well as aluminium.
    • Carbon steel are preferred for reducing cost. However heat resistant painting is required to avoid it from corrosion.
    • Aluminium Jackets rarely used for high heat transfer rates. They are last option as are much costlier compared to CS & SS.
    • Stainless Steel jackets are resistant to corrosion as well as have good heat transfer rates. They have much longer life as compared to CS.

    Connection Ports :

    • Inlet & outlet connection are provided as per customer requirement. 3/4", 1/2" NPT(F) etc couplings.
    • Also flanged connections can be provided for high pressure ratings as per customers requirement.
    • Jackets can be designed to cover only valve or adjacent spool flanges.
    • For spool flanges of different size other than valve we have also developed special steam jackets as below.

    Range :

    • Generally operating pressure is about 10-15 bar(g).
    • Temperature ranges from 200-2500c

    Stiffening :

    • Dimple are provided on outer side of jackets for strengthening jacket.(image for reference)

    Operation

    Principle

    • Jackets work on principle of heat transfer by conduction

    Function :

    • Inlet Ports are provided at top & at opposite ends for each half jacket as shown above.
    • This triggers the flow of steam in opposite direction for both halves.
    • Due to this, heating is uniform at both ends & through valve.
    • No localised heating as like cast jacket as each half acts as independent complete chamber.
    • Steam Flows through complete half maintaining uniform temperature
