• BP 5000, the Twin Head Brick Pack Machine has two filling heads to optimize machine output by running the carrousel at half speed to get double output. Filled gusseted pouches are formed from the laminate reel in the vertical forming and product filling section. The gusseted pouches are transferred into holders on the horizontal carrousel section which is indexed through different operation to form a tight brick like pack.
