Our Products
Our range of standard axial fans have been designed with aerofoil shaped blades, die cast in aluminum with various options for attachments as described in a detailed manner in our product brochure. The fans are designed keeping in mind the energy consumption, total weight and compactness to ensure that our customers get the best available in the market.

blowers are equipment that offer pressures in between a fan and a compressor for a given flow rate. There are many different types of blowers such as positive displacement, high pressure fans, submerged blowers, twin lobe blowers and so on
Pulse jet filters are filters used mostly for industrial purposes meant to separate dust from dust laden gases which will helps us to keep our environment clean as well as capturing useful material that can be reused.
Pulse jet filters are typically constructed with a mild steel housing that houses Bag or Cartridge type filters that act as a medium separating clean and dusty gas. An air handling device, typically a centrifugal fan sucks the dirty gas through the filters and the dust gets trapped on one side of the filter. At a timely interval, powerful jets of pressurized air separate the dust from the bags/cartridges which get collected in a hopper and is dispensed from the hopper through rotary air lock valves to a silo.
Inlet and Outlet orientations for our Pulse Jet filters can be selected based on your layout drawing and you also have the option of choosing the number of chambers, a range of accessories like manometer, pressure switch, control panel and so on.
Cyclone separators are devices that are used to separate dust from dust laden gases typically when the dust particle size is 20 microns or more. Filtration efficiencies in cyclones are not as good as Bag Filters, however the maintenance cost of cyclones is much lesser than that of Bag Filters.
Fantek cyclones are also offered with special wear liners and insulations to suit your requirements and can be used for a wide range of applications in the following industries
Maximum flow rate 720000 m3/Hr Maximum Temperature 350 oC Maximum dust loading 50g/m3 Filteration Efficiency ranges from 91% for particle sizes greater than or equal to 20 microns to 99% for particle sizes as high as 50 micro
Multi Louver Damper as the name implies consists of multiple louvers placed along the cross section of duct rotating simultaneously about their own axis which cause the louvers to align themselves along the direction of flow or block the flow. They serve as a better option as compared to butterfly dampers.
Dampers IGVs (Inlet Guide Vanes) are designed to pre-rotate or spin the air in the direction of fan/compressor rotation. This has a flow-modifying and a resistance effect and hence allows operating a constant speed fan at different process conditions.
AIGVs (Adjustable inlet guide vanes) will allow more efficient operation than an inlet butterfly damper at reduced head requirements for a constant speed driven single stage centrifugal fan.
Butterfly damper is a disk-shaped valve turning on an axis along its diameter, serving especially as a damper in a pipe or as a choke or throttle in a duct. The butterfly damper does not decrease the power consumption when throttled, in contrast to IGV.
