Dissolved ozone monitor is the ideal choice for on-line monitoring and control of ozonation systems. Capable of measuring ozone concentrations in the range of 0 - 4 ppm.
Faraday's monitor is ideally suited to water bottling systems or municipal water treatment. Utilizing a highly selective polarographic membrane sensor, dissolved ozone can be monitored interference-free, with little maintenance. There are no moving parts and what little maintenance is required can be done in just a few minutes. Installation is simple and you can be up and running in a few minutes. Available in loop-powered, AC operated, portable versions, our monitor is well suited for almost any ozone measurement requirement. And for even more flexibility, the instrument is available with an optional pH sensor input that allows a single unit to provide both dissolved ozone and pH analog outputs.

Static Mixers are used for effectively mixing gas with liquid or two liquid after the venturi injection. The device consists of mixer elements contained in cylindrical (tube) housing.
Similarly the overall system design incorporates a method for delivering gas with liquid - two streams of liquids into the static mixer. As the streams move through the mixer, the non-moving elements continuously blend the materials. Complete mixing is dependent on many variables including the fluid properties, tube inner diameter, the number of elements, and their design.

The PSA process uses molecular sieve (a synthetic zeolite), which attracts (adsorbs) nitrogenfrom air at high pressure and releases (desorbs) it at low pressure. Faraday OxygenGenerators use two vessels filled with molecular sieve as adsorbers. As compressed feed airflows through one of the vessels, the molecular sieve adsorbs nitrogen. The remainingoxygen passes through the vessel and exits as the product gas. Before the adsorberbecomes saturated with nitrogen, the feed air is diverted to the second vessel. At that point, the sieve in the first vessel regenerates by desorbing the nitrogen through depressurizationand purging it with oxygen from the second vessel. This process is then repeated in thesecond vessel to complete a cycle that allows the oxygen generator to deliver a constantflow of product oxygen at 90% minimum purity. Under normal operating conditions, themolecular sieve is completely regenerative and will last indefinitely.

The Purification Process Oxidation :
Ozone, when introduced into the atmosphere in low levels is an excellent air purifier. Ozone in itself is an unstable three-part molecule of oxygen. When an ozone molecule contacts a pollutant, it attaches itself to it and changes its molecular structure in most cases to carbon dioxide and hydrogen. By destroying viruses, bacteria and other microbial contaminants, the source of the odor is eliminated and the odor does not return. Ozone destroys the contaminant molecule; it doesnot mask it as other methods do. Ozone treats all of the air, not just the air that is pulled into it as do the vast majority of electronic filters that are on the market today. Ozone residual will revert back to pure oxygen, making it environmentally friendly.
