We offer Organic Coconut Palm Sugar, which is a light golden brown sugar that is originally made from organic palm sap. Plam sugar is rich in nutrients and has low glycemic index. It dissolves and melts almost exactly like regular sugar; but, it is completely natural, unrefined, and has far superior smell and taste. The sap is acquired from the flowers growing at the top of the sugar palm trees.
