These moulded tubes are composed of laminations of phenolic synthetic resins impregnated cotton fabric into a convolute form, moulded in cylindrical moulds under heat and pressure and then ground to size, buffed varnished to semi glossy finish. These tube are with clean smooth free from surface defects such as voids, blisters cracks etc.

Bakelite sheets are available in various grades. It comes in paper and fabric base. Standard size of the sheet is 8' x 4' or 4' x 4'. It is mainly used in transformer industries. We are manufactures of high pressure industrial laminates, rods, tubes & pheolic moulded articals since 1970.with the years of experience we are manufacturing 500 mt per annum& gradually we are enhancing our capacity. We also have in house laboratories for chemicals & physical testing to ensure world class quality. Standard stock grades include: paper reinforced phenolic natural (tan), brown & black. This grade is composed of a paper base impregnated with a phenolic resin binder.it has good electric strength properties with fair mechanical strength. Outstanding for use as template material and backup material. Tube light end caps laminates are also available. Our grades are cpp101, cpp102 & cpp103. cotton fabric reinforces phenolic natural (light tan to brown). This grade is composed of a continuous cotton woven cloth impregnated with a phenolic resin binder. This grade contains medium weave cotton fabric and is known primarily for its mechanical properties. This grade is not recommended for primary insulation. Our grades are cpf103. linen cotton fabric reinforced phenolic natural (light tan to brown) this grade is compared of a continuos cotton woven cloth impregnated linen and, like the canvas phenolic , is known for its mechanical properties. The finer weave allows for machining more intricate details than canvas, like gear teeth. This garde is not recommended. For primary isulation. Our grades are cpf 101 & cpf 102.

Srbp tubes are mainly in transformers. It is made of electrical grade kraft paper with insulating varnish. There are different qualities available from industrial to commercial whichever suits the customer. The rate will depend on the quality, customer requires. It is available in various sizes: 38" x 14" 38" x 12" 12" x 58" 516" x 14"

Denso tape & petrolatum products cold applied anti-corrosion and sealing tapes based on a synthetic fabric, impregnated and coated with a neutral petrolatum compound. The first petrolatum tape manufactured in the uk was denso tape, manufactured under licence by winn & coales (denso) limited. Densyl tape has a higher application and service temperature range than denso tape. Densyl mastic is recommended for applications to awkward profiles. I.e. Flanges, couplings, valves, etc. Available in a number of sizes and shapes to ease application
