Instructions for Use

• The quantity of FX SP 220 will be dependent upon the application; however it is recommended that evaluations begin at 0.5% of the total formulation. (Final Formulations have been made with 0.4% to 0.5% ). 
• To obtain a wider spread and better efficiency it is advisable for the concentration to be on the higher levels.
• Recommended - 5 ML TO 10 ML in 15 ltrs water tank mix

Easy to Use:

• For a 100 Kg Nitrobenzene formulation, Simply mix 20 Kg nitrobenzene (w/w) with 2-3 Kg NB 20 (w/w) emulsifier, stir well with high speed stirrer for 5 minutes and then add 76Kg water with continuous stirring for 10 minutes
• No thickener is required
• The emulsion is ready for packing
• Viscosity and active content can be changed as required by changing water quantity and /or quantity of NB 20
• 50 kg emulsifier is sufficient for 1250 Kg thick, Cream nitrobenzene 20% emulsion

For Nitrobenzen 80% EC Formulation : 

• Take 80 Kg Nitrobenzene in a container
• Now add 20 Kg NB 100 (Nitrobenzne 80% Emulsifier) to the above nitrobenzene
• Stir for 5 min with a low speed stirrer or until the solution becomes crystal clear
• Now your Nitrobenzene 80 % EC is ready for use and application on farm

Description

• Methyl Eugenol is a type of phenylpropanoid element which means the methyl ether of eugenol. It is produced by methylation of eugenol and has alkyl group attached to its benzene ring. Methyl Eugenol is found in various essential oils.
• Its IUPAC name is 1, 2-Dimethoxy-4(prop-2-en-1-yl) benzene. Methyl eugenol will be used in insect traps and lure products to attract certain fruit flies such as the Oriental fruit fly on affected food crops. Methyl eugenol (4-allyl-1, 2-dimethoxybenzene-carboxylate) and cue-lure [4-(p-acetoxyphenyl)-2-butanone] are highly attractive kairomone lures to oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel), and melon fly, B. cucurbitae (Coquillett), respectively.

Procedure to Use ( For 100 kg Batch ) -

• Take 25 kg Amino Silicone Fluid.
• Now add 12 kg of our emulsifier FX AMS 80 to the above fluid and mix well with a stirrer till all the emulsifier is mixed in the fluid and a thick paste is formed.
• Now slowly add water step by step at 2-5 litres per minute upto 100 litres .
• If the solution is little hazy , add a very little amount of acetic acid till the solution becomes clear .
• The Emulsion formed will have good thickeness and will be clear and transparent in appearance.
• This process of making amino silicon fluid emulsion is much easier and cheaper than the conventional ways.

Precautions:

• Acetic acid should only be added to make the solution clear .
• The above process should be followed very strictly.
• Take soft water for longer stability of the product.
