First process is neutralising the oil is neutralised to remove free fatty acids (FFA) by a addition of caustic soda. Then oil is heated upto about 60c by thermic fluid coils or close loop steam circulation and oil is stirred by stirrer. Then soap stock is formed due to chemical reaction of acid with alkali. The formed soap is allowed to settle at the bottom of the neutraliser from where it is taken out into soap pan otherwise it send to centrifuge separator for spliting it instantly then the process is followed by refining and washing.

The raw material of CSP plant is the white cotton seed, which comes after ginning plant, the first operation in CSP plant is the seed cleaning operation, so first seed goes into the seed cleaner here stones, dust, metal pieces, foreign particles & most important un gin cotton separate from white cotton seed, and cleaned seed send it into the next operation i.e. Delinting process. In Delinting process we cut lint over the white cotton seed by first cut & second cut Delinting operation, so in this way we get 1st cut & 2nd cut lint as a products.

We Offers 6 different model Vibro Separator F-600, 750, 900, 1200, 1500, 1800 etc. And also we offered with MOC of SS-304, SS-316, SS316L, and Carbon Steel as per customer requirement. On Special request, MOC of non-ferrous can also be provided.

The storage seed fed for cleaning into the seed cleaner machine, but as per our reengineering machine design, it consists of separate stone separator and separate seed cleaner. So first seed goes into the stone separator, in stone separator stones & heavy particles clean from seed.

The white cottonseed which comes after ginning plant which does not remove whole of cotton so that's why we called white cotton seed and that white cottonseed contains 10 15 % Lint over. Earlier it was not possible to remove this lint effectively and easily at high capacity. But now days, It is possible to remove lint with very efficiently because of Delinting plant of "Ferro Oiltek (P) Ltd." Which not only developed the Delinters but also provide it to industry at very high quality Delinting & Decorticating Processing plant.

The MOC of replaceable and interchangeable huller knife is High grade alloy steel and also gives hardening treatment for extra long life.Hydraulic system provides huller drum to protect the knife by damaging due to foreign particles.The movement of the foreign particles is detected by Pressure sensitive Hydraulic systems complete with self control pumping unit instantly opens the roll and drop the particles down and automatically reset again.

It can be used in soybean oil seed processing plant, maize starch factories, roller flour mills, rice mills, and other food industries.
