Festolyte heavy duty high-density flat plate batteries have thick and heavy grid design with special alloys, which retard this oxidation/ corrosion and give them a longer life in deep cycle applications. The plate active material pasting and also the pastes mix along with special curing process hold the active material against shedding.

Thick flat pasted plates with selenium grids and automated vapour; curing the process generates suitable proportion of binding crystal in the plates.
