For investigating the fiber length distribution in pulp. Each unit provided with an electric motor for driving the rotor and is fully self-contained. All units easily combined in cascade mode. The screen frames are clamped pneumatically by compressed air or hydraulically by water pressure or spring clamping. Each unit includes a screen frame with a sieve designation available according with the ASTM sieve numbers 30, 50, 100 & 200 as standard. Option : Interchangeable screens available for mesh size 10, 20, 28, 48, 100, 150 & 200 & other mesh size also available
For producing a sample to evaluate flat crush resistance of corrugated medium. 'A' fluting rolls are heated upto 176O C and maintained a constant temperature by thermostatic temperature controller. One roller is motor driven at 4 rpm while the other is free to rotate with a minimum of friction or other resistance.
