Our offered Product range includes Fire Proximity Suit and Fire Entry Suit.
Fire Proximity Suit is made out of 16 oz imported aluminized glass fibre fabric with dual mirror having 90% reflection of heat as a outer layer and with woollen fabric lining. Additional layer (Vapour Barrier) is also used for higher temperature. Outer fabrics tested and approved by Defence Institute for Fire Research New Delhi & field tests performed by Defence-Indian Navy NBCD School, INS Shivaji. Lonavla Maharashtra
Application
These Suits are used for rescue operations in an area of intense heat, fire, steam, hot liquid by fire fighters in industries like Petrochemical plants. Foundries, plant, steel, glass, ceramics & Defence.
Complete Suit consists of the following:-
Overall:
An Overall is one piece suit or 2 pc. Jacket & trouser having Zipper & Stud fastner with or without Pouch on back to accommodate breathing apparatus. Stitching is done by KEVLAR Threads.
Hood:
It houses a fibre glass helmet for firemen as per IS-2745. Two elastisized straps to cover well below the shoulders. Hood has the visor consisting of curved plain poly carbonate and tinted acrylic & outer layer of thin transparent mica.
Gloves:
14 long five fingered type Gloves having stud fastener for better securing at wrist.
Boots:
Boots are made of upper layer of aluminised glass fibre fabric & inner lining of high quality leather, with heavy duty zipper covered with aluminised fabric flap with extra stud for double protection. Special Neoprene Rubber sole in non skid pattern for use in oil / chemical / grease area. Metal toe for extra air-room & protection.

Series NA2K & Series A3K developed and manufactured by Modern Apparels are engineered to the highest levels of protection to the Firefighters & Rescuers against extreme temperatures.
These Fire Entry suits can be used in preparation for possible fire eruption or for stand-by operations should a rescue or evasive action require passage through a fire zone. The Series 2K can withstand temperatures to 1093oC (2000oF) against heat and fire while Series A3K, having Aluminized outer shell can withstand high radiant heat to 1650oC (3000oF).

Hardened aluminum window frame with 2 tempered glass lenses plus 2 gold plated Lenses for thermal protection.
COAT:Designed to be worn with breathing apparatus. Double storm fly
Front :Flame seal with drawstring at coat bottom.
PANT:High waist design. 2 inch wide adjustable suspenders. Adjustable Straps on leg bottoms.
BOOTS:Designed to fit over work shoes. Rear entry with overlap snap closure and adjustable take-up straps. Insulated wire reinforced sole of flame resistant neoprene fiberglass riveted to boot cover.
MITTS: Heavy weight construction made with Aluminised fabric.
WEIGHT: weight of complete suit will be approximately 25 kgs. CERTIFICATIONS : Made Out Of Fabric Which Are Tested & Passed EN ISO 11612.
