Metal Protection garments protect against splash from molten metals such as aluminum, iron, etc. These are made from NOMEX MetalPro and NOMEX MetalPro Plus fabrics. Garment made from both NOMEX MetalPro and NOMEX MetalPro Plus fabrics are Dupont is invention & have been developed to achieve uncompromised protection with maximum comfort and improved wear life.
The highly engineered fabric in these garments provides a soft, lightweight feel, but protects against molten metal splash, radiant heat, flame and other smelting hazards. The fabrics resist molten metal splashes, even when they occur repeatedly in the same area.

Flame Retardant Fabric / Garments
Flame 100% Cotton fabric is teated with chemicals to impart Durable Flame Retardant (FR) properities as per Textiles Comittee's process. Chemicals react with Cellulose to form a permanent bond. There is no adverse effect to wearer's skin or comfort. Self extinguishing property avoids further damage. FR Fabric is used for the work wear like overall, Coats, & Trouser.

Flame Retardant Overall is an insustrial Garment with full body and long sleeves, Five Pockets, Heat Proof Buttton or Zipper are used as Front Closer. Sizes available as required.

Specification :
1. Double cloase front, Velcro fixing device and safety zipper.
2. Throat safeguard design adjust by Velcro ixing device
3. Double supper large pocket on the frock and pants, one radio pocixets on the chest and a Concealed paper pocket between double close fronts.
4. Cuff can be adjusted by Velcro and with fireproof, waterproof and thumb ring design.
5.Extra patches shall be placed to the bottom of jacket's arms to increase the movement capacity.
6.The reflector bands shall be sewed as rounded to the cuffs, foot, chest and the back parts of the jackets.
7.Wasit of the trouser shall be higher at least 30 cm than jacket's foot.
8.Elastic girdle and Elastic suspenders shall be easily opening-locking and adjustable clips.
9.The sewing thread shall be meta arami.

'NOMEX' is registered trade mark of Dupont, U.S.A. which is an aromatic Nylon which has Flame Retardant properties by virtue of chemical synthesis. This also helps in insulating properties. Hence the garments made from this fibre exhibits very high standards of Flame Retardancy for the full life of garments.
FEATURES :
Fire Proximity Suit is made out of 16 oz imported aluminized glass fibre fabric with dual mirror having 90% reflection of heat as a outer layer and with woollen fabric lining. Additional layer (Vapour Barrier) is also used for higher temperature. Overall:
An Overall is one piece suit or 2 pc. Jacket & trouser having Zipper & Stud fastner with or without Pouch on back to accommodate breathing apparatus. Stitching is done by KEVLAR Threads.
Hood:
It houses a fibre glass helmet for firemen as per IS-2745. Two elastisized straps to cover well below the shoulders. Hood has the visor consisting of curved plain poly carbonate and tinted acrylic & outer layer of thin transparent mica.
Gloves:
14 long five fingered type Gloves having stud fastener for better securing at wrist.
Boots:
Boots are made of upper layer of aluminised glass fibre fabric & inner lining of high quality leather, with heavy duty zipper covered with aluminised fabric flap with extra stud for double protection. Special Neoprene Rubber sole in non skid pattern for use in oil / chemical / grease area. Metal toe for extra air-room & protection.

Series NA2K & Series A3K developed and manufactured by Modern Apparels are engineered to the highest levels of protection to the Firefighters & Rescuers against extreme temperatures.
These Fire Entry suits can be used in preparation for possible fire eruption or for stand-by operations should a rescue or evasive action require passage through a fire zone. The Series 2K can withstand temperatures to 1093oC (2000oF) against heat and fire while Series A3K, having Aluminized outer shell can withstand high radiant heat to 1650oC (3000oF).
