Extraction of Wattle Bark: A Turnkey Project was undertaken to manufacture Vegetable Tannin Powder from Mimosa Tree Bark. The Project was done for Ms. Kenya Vegext (EPZ) Ltd., Nairobi, Kenya. The baisc process and major paramters were given by the consultants of Ms. Kenya Vegext (EPZ) Ltd. The detail engineering work was done by us. Plant flowsheets were prepared, equipment specifications, fabrication, drawings were made by us. The plant was fabricated, tested, exported, installed in Kenya and successfully commissioned in 15 months time (3 months ahead of stipulated completion time)

F.D. Mill designed to carry out multiple functions encountered in obtaining homogenized slurryfeed material from filter press wet cakes, dry powders in combination with suitable dispersing media.It ensures adequate shearing both mechanical and hydraulic to disintegrate the closely bound mass. Size reduction is also achieved due to impact of materials flowing out with centrifugal force on the stator.As a natural consequence, the particles cause attrition among themselves. Due to the particular shape of statorrotor, assembly, rapid circulation takes place in the entire mass of the vessel.

Bar Coater is well designed for precise and uniform coating on Paper & BoardCoating Solution is applied to a running web by an applicator Roll and then metered by a smooth ground finish metering bar. Coat weight is achieved by increasing diameter of metering bar & the linear speed of applicator roll. For even tension of paperboard on Metering Bar is given by Evener Roll. All rolls are ground finish and Hard Chrome coated.This Coating Machine is very simple in running and there is nothing to wear except Metering Bar and Bar Bed. Control Panel with VFD Control to Control Linear speed of Applicator Roll & Metering Bar is supplied with Coating Machine.

Sand mill helps in grinding the coarse materials most effectively. Partcle size can be brought down to 1 micron. The grinding material along with the fillingcarrier agent is pumped through the grinding shell which consists of grinding media (grinding media can be glass beads, aluminium oxide beads or ceramic balls). With the help of high speed rotation of the rotating assembly, the grinding material is subjected to an intensive friction, shearing effect & pressure. The adjustable pump capacity determines the duration in the grinding shell. The ground materialflows out continuously & the grinding media is retained by means of special retainer sieve provided on top of the of grinding shell.

It counts and inserts paper tab in between sheets at sheet cutter. Finishing time in finishing house reduces by using this instrument.

After coating on board surface, brushing is required for getting GLOSS on board surface. We manufacture Brush Calendar having Two Brush Rolls for brushing top side of board and one brush roll for back side of board. Brush Roll run's on two antifriction bearing and roll remains rigid in one position. For loading board against brush rolls, paper lead rolls are used and loading & unloading of paper lead rolls is done by pneumatic cylinders. There are adjusting screws with each pneumatic cylinder. We can level paper lead rolls as per board and adjust load on board with help of adjusting screws. These adjusting screws also guide bearing housings of paper lead roll.As complete machine is horizontal design, so paper feeding is very easy without any help of paper feeding rope carrier system. The machine is maintenance free and runs very smooth without vibrations. As machine is vibration free, so there are no patch types marking on paper surface. Overall machine is complete in all respect.

Bottom Circular knife is fix and rotates with shaft with sliding arrangement to adjust at any position. It has arrangement to change bottom circular knife individually. Top Circular knife has pneumatic arrangement to lower the knife and adjust pressure with bottom circular knife for better slitting finish and more knife life. Two slitting station can be fitted on one on line sheet cutter for changing size quickly.

It is specially designed pump with SS Screw and Nitrite Rubber Stator. Pump drive is given by gearbox & electric motor. It is best pump to transfer viscose chemical having solid contains upto 60%.

Dewatering pump consists of Centrifugal Pump. Priming tank, vacuum pump and diesel tank. The pump is most suitable for site operation to draw water from sumps. As it is self priming pump by priming tank and vacuum pump, no manpower required for frequent priming. Pump can be run intermittently as and when require.

The pump consists of pump body, rotor and phylum blades. The rotor rotates at high R.P.M. creating centrifugal force for blades. Blades remain in continuous contact with pump housing and develops vacuum. Pumps are used for priming centrifugal pumps, vacuum dryers, pneumatic conveyors, dust collector and for laboratory.

It is used to recover fibre from pulper waste plastic. It is ss 304 perforated drum having vertical strip in spiral shape in side drum. Pulper waste plastic mixed with water is poured by pipe at one end of b-2 thickener, water with fibre comes out from perforation and waste goes outside passing through spiral. It runs on rubber coated wheels

It is used to reel the paper on Tambour Roll. Roll is put on arm & slowly it is transferred to rail guide. All control is done by pneumatic cylinders.

Fabricated from SS 304 sheet with dish end. SS 304 Shaft is fitted with Rotor and Shaft is supported on lantern Ring by Taper Roller bearing. It runs at low RPM and does not allow chemical to settle. The Tanks are used to store Chemical and Supply Chemical to Coating Machine.

Tubular falling film evaporators are widely accepted as the optimum type of evaporators for the concentration of most of the products within the dairy and food industry, pharmaceutical industry and within many sectors of the chemical industry. The liquid feed is distributed as a thin film inside a battery of verical tubes, and while the film is falling down through the steam heated tubes, water is eavporated from the film. Vapour from one effect is utilized as the heating medium in the following effect. The purpose of spray drying is to produce powder or a granular product in ONE step by drying 'atomized' liquid feed in heated air or other gaseous medium. By atomizing the feed into fine droplets, a very large surface area per unit mass is generated with a very short path for heat and mass transfer. The heated air supplies latent heat of evaporation to the droplets and brings about rapid drying which in turn brings about rapid cooling of the drying gas. At the same time the particle temperature is kept low by adiabatic cooling. Drying can take place in a very short time, typically 5-20 seconds. Spray dried particles are usually spheroidal, which gives the product excellent flow characteristics. Size of the dried product particle depends on the size of the droplet from the atomizers. Different atomizers produce different particle size distribution and spray patterns. The drying air flow pattern must be carefully selected for optimum performance.

Centrifugal pump consists impeller, shaft and volute casing, mechanical seal, etc. The pump is used to lift liquid from ground level to required height or draw water from underground tank. The pump available with various M.O.C. and capacity according to customers requirement.

Fabricated from SS 304 sheet with special designed bearing housing to run at speed 1500 rpm with hanging Shaft. Disc type SS Rotor is fitted at bottom of Shaft Specially designed Teflon bearing is provided at upper part of Disperser Tank to provide support to shaft. As it is running at high speed, so EN -9 Shaft with Hard Chrome Coating is used. Non Clogging type SS 304 Valve is fitted at bottom. It is used for mixing all Coating Chemical homogeneously. Better Chemical mixing gives better Coating finish.
