Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride Nasal Solution USP 0.025% is a nasal decongestant used to temporarily relieve nasal congestion caused by conditions like allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, or the common cold. Typically administered as a nasal spray, it should be used no more than twice a day for up to 3 days to avoid rebound congestion.
