Air Blower Duct

The ductings are fabricated from non-porous, reinforced and waterproof material made from nylon polyester fabric that is coated with PVC on both the sides. Tear and tensile strength of the ducting shall be as per user specifications. It can be offered with continuous suspension i coat hanger suspension and single point suspension in length up to 50 mtrs +/- 1o% complete along with hooks for hanging & suitable leak proof couplings. This ducting is used only for forcing blower application. We can also develop light weight blower ducting with wire reinforcement for diverse industrial applications.

 

Standard features of "RHINO" pvc semirigid & blower ducting

  • The ducting can be developed in any diameter ranging from 200mm - 3000mm dia. Through a special welding process, all the fabric joints are vulcanized 40mm wide.
  • We are also manufacturing ducting which is ANTISTATIC & FLAME RESISTANT for use in COAL MINES as well as Hazardous areas. It also conforms to NCB Specifications and is APPROVED by the DIRECTOR GENERAL of MINES SAFETY, DHANBAD, INDIA.
  • Not affected by Dust, Humidity or Mine Water and can be used again & again.
  • Materials used are thoroughly checked for Tensile & Tear Strength. Moreover, the finished range of ducting undergoes Pressure as well as Leakage Tests before the dispatch.
  • Pressure Chart for negative and positive pressure in Kpa is available on request.
  • Reducers, "T" or "Y" Pieces available as per customer's specification.
