Our Products
We are leaders in the market for providing best range of Uninyvin Cables
Made as per BS G 177 & KSD 07-73-1993 (Kirloskar Standards), our Uninyvin Cables are widely used in aircraft wiring. We are tagged as a prominent Manufacturer, Exporter and Supplier of Uninyvin Cables from Maharashtra, India. Only quality tested basic material is used for manufacturing the product. Our Uninyvin Cables are able to withstand extreme conditions and available at market leading prices.
More about Uninyvin Cables : British Standard states the requirements for ‘Nyvin’ type cables for aircraft wiring. The cables are suitable for use in circuits in which the voltage between conductors, between a conductor and a metal braid, surrounding it and between a conductor and the aircraft structure nowhere exceeds 600volts r.m.s. and in which the frequency does not exceed1600c/s
The cables are suitable for use where, in continuous service, no combination of ambient temperature and conductor current produces a stabilized conductor temperature in excess of 105oC. They are suitable for fixed wiring in aircraft at temperature Down to -75oC, but are not suitable for severe flexing at temperature below –30oC.
The standard includes the following ranges if cables :
Uninyvin Cables are made out of Annealed Tin Copper Conductor laid up uniformly with Heat Resistant PVC insulation capable of withstanding 105oC conductor temperature during the continuous operation. To get more fire Retardancy Nylon and Fiber Glass braiding is provided in the outer layers, along protective Nylon Lacquering. Nylon and Fiber Glass is known for high temperature withstanding properties and the heat generated in the conductor due to continuous operation will not be felt in or outside the UPS system and thereby no heat effect to the installation and surrounding areas.
Fiber Glass braiding is also resistance to Fluids, Acids and Chemicals since the UPS installations are mainly in the commercial or industrial premises where oils. Chemicals, and solvents are being used as in put materials for manufacturing
