Uses :

• Add 4-8 drops of it and a spoon of water to enjoy a pleasant & soothing smell.
• When diffused it can keep your room scented all through the day.
• Take internally to help reduce nervous tension and occasional fatigue.
• Add 1–2 drops of Rose oil absolute into dishes to enhance flavor and to support healthy digestion.

Directions for Use :

• Diffusion - Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
• Topical use -Apply one to two drops in the desired area. To reduce the sensitivity of the skin, use it with coconut oil.
• Internal use -Add one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
