Flosys FSL - Series Pumps HYGIENE LOBE pumps have been specially developed to prevetn product contamination and confined to the highest standards of Hygiene, Sterlizing in Place ( SIP) and Clean in Place ( CIP). The Gentle Pumping action minimize the shear and crush damage to delicate liquid .

The Material of Construction of pumps are in AISI 316, AISI 316L .

These pumps are designed for hygiene applications. All the material parts in contact with the fluids are in smooth-finished stainless steel. The stators are of NON- NON-CONTAMINATED FOOD GRADE elastomers viz NBR, EPDM, SILICON & VITON. Shaft sealing are ensured by hygiene quality gland packing or mechanical seal. These pumps are available in SMS/ Triclover or equivalent joints for suction & delivery connection

The hopper type suction allows gravity flow of plastico-viscous material on to augur cum coupling rod pushes viscous substances in to pumping cavity/. Product retaining pockets are completely avoided, eliminating bacteriological and chemical contamination.
