Formoplastic was started by Mr. T.V.Balu in 1971 to essentially manufacture plastic components for the pharmaceutical industry. Electrical panels for the sugar industry was the next step wherein development of import substitutes was taken as a challenge and solutions designed to compete with international players.

Under the tutoring of Mr. T.V.Balu the company is now managed by B.Ganesh Prasad and ably assisted by the other Director, Suja Ganesh Prasad. They are in turn assisted by a competent team who live and breathe the spirit of formoplastic.

Today formoplastic specializes in the engineering, design and manufacture of electrical control systems , automation solutions & electromechanical solutions. Formoplastic has provided customers in India and around the world with the expertise that puts quality at the core of their products.
