The Great advantage of the modular system is that is also offers the capability of upgrading the machine according to future requirements. The feeding apparatus can be in construction with feed roll, with feed roll and straw band, with feed roll and one or two straw drums, with feeding augers and cleaning band, or with vibratory feeder. Pre-aspiration can be done in a channel with fixed or variable depth, in a chamber with standard air system or with air recirculation. Aspiration can also be done in a chamber with one, two or three waste augers.
Customized solutions for application like soya bean can be offered.

The Fowler Westrup Drum Pre-Cleaner is simple drum type rotating machine used for primary coarse cleaning at intake section of processing plant or silos in order to relieve the following machines & material handling equipment.
The drum pre-cleaner separates coarse impurities such as paper, wood pieces, leaves, cobs, stone, long stick etc. The drum inside the cleaner is made of two halves - an inlet cylinder and a discharge cylinder - where two different perforations ensure optimum throughput capacity and separating efficiency.
The capacity depends on the nature of the material to be cleaned (moisture, impurities etc.) as well as the chosen perforation(s) of the drum.

The Westrup UB/4 Fine Cleaner is especially used for fine cleaning and grading of light and heavy seeds, cereals, and granulated products. The machine can also be equipped to suit a variety of special jobs and purposes.
The machine is constructed of steel with sieveboat of laminated wood.

Multi - Chromatic Electronic Sorter for removal of colour defects and contaminants
The SNAPSHOTMCA Range uses a rapid sequence of different coloured lights to obtain more than color information from the product. Often, even very similar colours can be differentiated. The infra-red capability improves detection of foreign bodies. The camera information is processed by an ultra-fast digital signal processor, and commands are sent to one or more ejectors to remove the unwanted item efficiently.
The MCA is specifically configured for efficient sorting of difficult to handle, lightweight products such as Semolina or sooji, green herbs or flakes, Dehydrated products. After being spread on a vibratory feeder, the product accelerates down a chute and is inspected by the 2048 pixel line-scan camera. Defects and contaminants are removed by short puffs of air from ejectors built into the feed system. The unique shape of the chute and configuration of ejectors ensure very high efficiency of defect removal and low wastage of good product.

The EL elevator is suited for transportation of cereals, seeds, granular products, and similar materials; also suitable for oleaginous seeds
In standard construction, the EL elevators are delivered with the following features.
Standard height is 4.0 m.
The elevator contains a number of leg sections plus a head and boot piece with pipe connections between these.
One of the leg sections is fitted with access for belt mounting.
The elevator head has motor drive bracket.
The elevator boot has adjustment device for belt tensioning and cleanout door on both sides.
There is furthermore a plexiglass window for visual inspection.
The elevator belt is oil resistant type l EP 500/4.
All model elevator has a plastic buckets.
The elevator is with free shaft pin for mounting of motor/gearmotor, excl. motor/gearmotor.
The elevator is of steel construction with belt rolls of hard-wearing material.
