Pre-forming is characterized by a more defined indentation at the intersections of each wire. The relatively acute angle at the undulations provides better anchorage for the wires in their original positions and consequently enables plangirco to withstand major mechanical stresses without damage to the mesh. This type of screen is particularly suitable for larger cutting sizes, especially in its plandur version, which, because of the use of a slightly softer grade of steel, resists even bigger shocks without any risk of breakage.

We offer grilgirco. These screens correspond to forms a, b and c defined by the iso 4783/3 standards. They represent the most elementary type of pre-forming. It is characterized by a sine wave undulation in both the wrap and the weft of which the respective amplitudes are adjusted to guarantee perfect adhesion at the intersections. Because the closing angle is relatively obtuse at the undulations, this type of pre-forming is obviously more sensitive to shocks the larger the mesh/wire ration is. This is also the reason why this type of mesh is generally limited to the finest screening. Available mesh : starting from #0.7 mm / 0.5 mm wire diameter. Available in high resistant carbon steel or stainless steel (304/316l) more information upon request.

These screens are particularly recommended on screening decks receiving load products and with big granulometric size elements. The alternative use of a straight wire and a weaved wire lead (triangular mesh) to get a better result against shocks and heavy loads. It is the best compromise allowing to receive a high granulometry for a requested cutting size. Available mesh from #1.5 mm to #55 mm.

We offer lonplangirco/ harpe lonplangirco / lonplandur. These meshes have the same functions as longrilgirco screens but with a pre-forming more adapted to large and medium screening sizes. Flat-top versions can also be produced. The lonplandur version uses a steel grade with slightly lower performance in terms of pure abrasion resistance but withstand shocks better.

We offer longrilgirco, harpe longrilcirco. Thanks to their rectangular aperture, these meshes can contribute effectively to an improvement in flow, a reduction in plugging or slight clogging, or again serve for long shape material removal. The "harpe" version maximizes the length/width ratio of the aperture, allowing it to reach values over 50. In this case the anti-clogging performance can be very efficient indeed for a lower cost than that of specialized meshes in this field (see anti-clogging screens); on the other hand, this version may turn out to be a little less effective in terms of cutting size precision. The use of rectangular mesh should however be limited to the cases where the passage of flat material will not affect the required screening quality.

We offer ondap gomme. These screens are exclusively made of square meshes and are designed to be used for replacing classical woven-mesh screens to avoid clogging and pegging. Several objectives can be reached : - these screens allow to keep a clear screening surface whatever the presence of "fines" (clayey or wet) elements which increase the clogging risks. - the screens reduce significantly or even cancel the pegging of concassed products. - these screens improve the efficiency of under-dimensioned screening machines thanks to their high permeability. - in case of high abrasion by fines products in water screening application, the service life is maximized with the use of a higher wire diameter. We offer flat top plangirco. These screens correspond to form e defined by the iso 4783/3 standards. They are the ultimate development in the search for maximum service life in woven wire screens. By combining stamping with a closed angle and die-forming of the wires at each intersection, this pre-forming ensures maximum carry-over of the metal in contact with the screened products and eliminates any risk of movement between the wires until the screen is completely worn out. This process developed by giron, of which the specificity resides in a ring shaped "horse sandle" indentation obtained by the teeth on the tools, makes it possible to guarantee service life that is unequalled and at least 30% more than all other types of pre-forming. Flat-top plangirco mesh has its natural place in all medium apertures where the precisions of the screening and abrasion resistance are primordial.

We offer lonplan gomme. These screens with large rectangular meshes and parallel wires are totally flat. They are mainly used for draining, drying and filtering of aggregates. In few cases, these screens could be used with fine wire for the screening of spherical or cubic products to get a good anti-clogging effect. In priority, lonplan gomme screens shall be used for filtering sand and also as a "cut-off water" screen in case of under water screening applications. For example, for a 4 mm cutting size, you can use a lonplan gomme screen with a 2 mm slot. available mesh from #0.5 mm to #80 mm.

We offer polymixte. Available mesh from #4 mm to #28 mm 4 profil types choosen by giron in accordance with : - mesh - distance between support - granulometry received on the screen

We offer lonmiplan. These meshes have an optimized profile that is mainly suitable for fine or very fine apertures. The specific pre-forming of the warp and weft wire allows very high precision in the screening and good mechanical strength until it is completely worn out.

We offer zig zag gomme. These screens are the best to get the higher anti-clogging performances due to any contacts between wires. It is especially recommended for screening of clayey and wet products such as coal for example. the parameters of amplitude, curve and wave length which characterize the wire allow to zig-zag screens a wide range of applications. due to its design, the best results are in longitudinal tensioned screening machines but the exceptional efficiency of these screens allows a regular use on lateral tensioned screening machines too. available mesh from #0.7 mm to 60 mm with different waves parameters.

These meshes are characterized by the wire forming the long side of the aperture which is perfectly straight, with a constant length of 50 mm. They are used for fine screening with a goal of permeability. The absence of undulations in the vertical plane eliminates the risk of material larger than the aperture passing through and allows high precision in the cutting size.

These meshes are intented for screening materials producing clogging "fines" during their treatment (this is especially the case with fertilizers). Their pre-forming allows a perfectly flat working surface to be obtained , with parallel wires guaranteeing both excellent cutting size accuracy and good mechanical stregnt.
