Hibberts Magnetic Apparatus is used for determination of magnetic pole strength of field using search coils having diameter (5-10 mm) or calibrating ballistic galvanometer. Special features of Magnetic Apparatus is that it has got four different number of turn on the cylindrical tube, is 20, 30, 50, 100 turns for variation of charge generated. Magnetic Apparatus essentially consists of a strong pot shaped magnet or pot magnetic, as it is commonlly called. Magnetic Apparatus has got truly radial field having annular air gap about 2 mm.
