Detailed Engineering 1 1Complete engineering package comprises of Storage Silos, Hoppers, Bins, Structures, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Piping, Fire and Safety, Ventilation, Errection, Commissioning, Documentation and Lab set up. Drawings and specifications are provided for sourcing and manufacturing silos, storage tanks and structures locally if possible.
ManufacturingThe plants are manufactured out of factories located in Mumbai where stringent quality control is maintained. Only the highest grades of raw materials are used. Specialised fittings, instruments, valves, drives etc are sourced from the leaders in the industry. Equipments are guaranteed against defects for a period of two years from the date of dispatch. We welcome 3rd party inspection.
Installation q OrqPLANT START UP: Each project is carefully planed and executed trying to limit the responsibility of the customer. Projects are designed and engineered after evaluating local manpower skills and services. Our site engineer is delegated during the stage of errection. Periodic site visits are made to ensure smooth progress of work upto commissioning stage.
Training & Handover AOnce the plant is erected with raw materials in place the commissioning team comprising of the Senior project engineer, Technologist and Automation engineer ensure that the plant is commissioned to the satisfaction of the customer. During this stage the customer is trained to run and operate the plant. Extended online services are provided for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning.
