Fire detection and alarm system consist of fire detectors and manual call point placed at strategic location and connected by cabling through a control panel. The purpose of Fire Alarm System is to detect fire as earliest practicable moment and give an alarm so that appropriate action can be taken to prevent out break of fire. The alarm systems can also be used for alarming and evacuation of people, remote alarm generation at fire stations. Fire detector detects the presence of heat or smoke generated during the early stages of fire and give an alarm signal to the control panel.
