Natural Mica Powder is made from selected grade of mica. While processing and manufacturing, the raw material is dried to get rid of any moisture and then screened to remove dust. After that all foreign particles like biotite, quartz, etc are removed manually by hand picking process and at last the material moved to silica free machine to remove s ilica / quartzs . Thus the impurity free raw material is trodden in pulverizer and screened properly to get the desired Mesh size of mica powder   Used In: It is used in welding electrodes, cables and wires, foundry works, texture paints, acoustical plaster , ceiling tiles, plastics, oil drilling wells etc.   Packing: As per customers requirement . The var ious options available are HDPE / Paper bags of 25 Kg / 50 Kg and Jumbo Bags of 500 Kgs Net

Grade AAA - This Mica Flakes is made from selected grade of (tested) ruby mica. While processing and manufacturing, the raw material is dried to get rid of moisture and then screened to remove dust. After that all foreign particles like stone, biotite, clay content etc are removed manually by hand picking process. Grade B - Natural mica flakes of 2nd quality (after removing all foreign impurities) This grade contains little percent of biotite / stones and gives slightly muddy look as compared to the Grade - AAA. Packing: It depends on the customer. The various options available are HDPE, Jute & Paper bags of 25 / 50 Kgs. (The packing can be done in Jumbo bags of 500 / 1000 Kgs .) bags on customers demand.)

Grade – A : This Mica Scrap is made from selected grade of R uby mica / White mica Ruby Mica Scrap : - Ruby Mica scrap is generally of Bihar / Jharkhand origin. These are the best known ruby mica scrap from all over the world because of its colo u r, high tensile strength & best known for calcination due to its sustainability at above 900 ֯ C.   White M ica Scrap : - White Mica Scrap is generally found in Bihar region, mines like Bhanna & Chatkari. White Mica is b est suited for the production of high quality Mica Paper & Board. This white mica scrap is not good for calcination as it cannot sustain its properties at a temperature of more than 600 degree Celsius. But its Shine & Colour makes it apt for the production of Paper & Board.   Grade – B : Natural M ica Scrap of 2nd quality (after removing all foreign impurities) This grade contains little percent of biotite / stones etc and gives slightly muddy loo k as compared to the Grade - A While processing and manufacturing, the raw material is dried to get rid of moisture and then scre ened to remove dust.
