The screw is designed to translate turning motion into linear motion, making brake system faster and reliable.The pitch is 11.1125 and lead is 44.45.The travelling speed is quite high .The assembly consisits of screw, in which high tensile brass bush and powder metallurgy Clutch Head are hydraulically pressed followed by TIG Welding and then Clutch Head are also being induction hardened and tempered.
