A crane rail pad is essential in reducing shock and vibration in a rail system. The crane rail pad incorporates a bonded steel strip which is encapsulated in the synthetic elastomer. Steel reinforced crane rail pad is for heavy duty crane applications. The reinforcement acts as a diaphragm and gives the pad lateral stiffness, preventing it from deflecting under the side thrust of the rail, regardless of wheel load and loss of friction from oil or grease.

Electro Hydraulic Thruster Brakes |
Thruster brake is a device used to retard the speed of moving machinery and to stop it accurately to the desired position . The braking force is applied to the brake shoes by a pre-stresses comprising spring. The shoes press on the rotating brake drum retarding its speed and finally stop it. The releasing of brake drum and compressing of the spring is done by thruster. |
Electro Magnetic Brakes |
For infallible operation of machinery, modern methods are necessary, any machine which requires its motion to be controlled, whether it is a lifting Crane, Hoist or Winch today employs an Electro Magnetic Brake, enabling the operator not only to control the motion but also to hold the load at any desired point without danger of falling, merely by release of the starting handle. Electromagnetic Brake is adequate equipment for safer operations of machinery. Electromagnetic Brakes are used when a load must be stopped rapidly to prevent it from rotating. |
Punched Steel Grid Resistors |
These resistors consists of grid punched from stainless steel / fecral sheet and are available in wide range from 7 amps to 1500 amps continuous rating. These Grids are generally used for Rotor Current of maximum 54Amps for 10 minutes and 42 Amps for continuous duty. These Resistors are designed and manufactured to meet different classes of service in various industries such as Screw Feeders, Conveyors, Elevators, Coke Oven Machines, E.O.T. Cranes, Flour Mills, Rope Haulages, Winches, Rubber Mixing Mills, etc. for developing starting torque or for speed control. |
These Controllers are suitable for operation of Heavy Duty EOT Cranes and Rolling Mill Drives on Power and Control Circuits up to 500 VAC 50 cycles at 40A continuous current. We manufacture special nylon cam type master controller and its cam can be easily removable and unbreakable. Our master controllers are in 3 ranges of 6, 12 and 18 cams respectively. |

Hoist GearboxesTwo, Three and Four Stage gear boxes are supplied for Crane Hoisting application. The gearbox casing is made from MS fabricated plates. The casing is thermally stress relieved after welding . The helical gears and pinions are made from rolled/ forged steel of En9/ En19/ cast steel material as per design requirement.CT GearboxTwo and Three Stage Gearboxes are supplied for Crane CT and LT motion. The construction of CT gearbox is similar to hoist gearbox except that these are provided with inverted T split in housing. The Output shaft can project on both side if so required. For Three stage vertical gearbox forced lubrication arrangement is provided through pump and hoses.
Two way Shunt Limit Switch is also to prevent over travel or over traverse. The Limit Switch is fitted with 2 numbers of silver cadmium bimetal (cladcon) tipped contacts which remain normally closed and supply power to the contractor coil in control panel. When the lever is moved over a projecting member fixed at a predetermined position on either side of the gantry, the power supply to the contractor coil is cut off. The contacts are rated for 10 amps at 440 Volts A. C. 50 cycles supply system. | ||

Limit Switch to prevent over hoisting will remain normally 'ON' due to the weight connected to the lever. When the Snatch block reaches the highest position the weight pulling the lever down is moved up on the snatch block. The Limit Switch is suitable for 440 volt A. C. 50 cycles supply system. Anti Collision Device System is designed to avoid the collision of two adjacent cranes in the same bay running on the same rails. The anti collision system is specially designed for the crane application and is suitable for the continuous duty. Avoiding collisions results in reduced maintenance costs and increased operator safety. Each system consists of an Emitter or a sensor module and a reflector. The emitter or a sensor module is installed on one crane and the corresponding reflector is installed on the other adjacent crane. This system is ideal for use with all types of cranes with adjustable frequency drives, soft starters, or contactor controls. |

Radio remote control pendant is a device that given an operator precise control over the motions of the crane and hoist. They are used for controlling the crane motion (long travel), hoists trolley motion (cross travel) and lifting movements (up and down) with the help of push buttons. The wireless radio remote control pendants are used in areas where the operator cannot move along with the crane.Features:
Pendant push buttons are used to operate the crane from the ground using a cable connecting the crane above. The buttons are specified according to the application of the crane. Mostly the buttons included are for controlling the movement of the hoist , the cross travel and the long travel of the crane. The length of the cable can also be specified by the distance between the crane & the ground based upon the purpose of use. |
