Our offered Product range includes Polycarbon Base Plate and Aluminium Section for Fiction.
As the name suggests, this is actually a turbine mounted on a polycarbon base plate. The advantages offered by the polycarbon base are numerous in terms of transmitting sunlight and block the heat, they are unbreakable, fire resistant, UV resistant, flexible to manufacture and install, to name a few. These are sturdy and long lasting.
Our Aluminium Box Gutters, also known as a square gutter or rectangular gutter, are pressed aluminium gutters that are suited to both modern and traditional projects including those where a high capacity gutter is required.
Box gutters are ideal as concealed eaves gutters in conjunction with a wraparound aluminium fascia soffit system. We can manufacture special profile box gutters either fabricated or pressed.
We offer eight standard profile widths of aluminium box gutters and can manufacture an infinite amount of alternative box gutter sizes to suit individual project requirements.
Gutter Brackets and FixingThese Aluminium Box Gutters a normally direct back fixed to the fascia board. Our box gutters have internal welded cross braces and are predrilled for direct back fixing to the fascia board.
Other gutter brackets are available including fascia brackets, side or top fix rafter brackets, or mortar brackets / rise and fall brackets. Special Gutter Brackets can also be manufactured, please ask.
FittingsWe produce a comprehensive range of complementary fittings for our aluminium box gutters including stop ends, running outlets, sleeve outlets, gutter angles, non-standard or irregular angles, raked angles, apex angles, and high capacity internal angles.As a guttering manufacturer we can produce a range of special items as required.
Radius Gutters or Curved GutteringIf your project requires a curved, radius or radii box gutter, either to a true or facetted curve, we can manufacture this for you, normally in 1m lengths.
