Our key products are resin sand coating plant, shell core shooter, cold box core shooter, heavy ladles and process control equipments.
We do undertake turnkey projects like sand plants, batching systems, mould handling lines.
Foresighting the need of quality product in thermal reclamation, Ganesh quality machine has joined hands with German manufacturer Förder - und Anlagentechnik GmbH (FAT), founded in 1973, and acting as plant manufacturer worldwide.
With this association Ganesh Quality machines Pvt. Ltd. has become the only manufacturer in India who can offer its customer all three systems sand coating, core making and sand reclamation under one roof.
To offer a perfect finishing product for our customers we have collaborated with Italian company TREBI a leader in offering customized solution to the metal finishing applications like cutting, deburring, grinding polishing. With more than 30 years in the business and more than 400 installations worldwide Trebi is the perfect partner in resolving finishing problems.
Our factory is located in Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur, State Maharashtra with total area of 10,000 sq mtrs. Having dedicated facilities for fabrication, machining, automation and assembly
