Do not use putty on exterior surfaces. Supply viscosity: thick, can be easily thinned with water. application method: brush, spray or roller. no. Of coats recommended: two, to ensure greater protection. It is recommended that horizontal surfaces like window tops, parapet tops etc. Are given three finishing coats instead of two. thinner: clean water. thinning: for normal application thin 1kg of paint with 500ml of water. For freshly prepared plastered surfaces a priming coat of garware exact is recommended after thinning with 75-100% of water depending upon the nature of the substrate. drying time surface dry : 30 minutesat 27 2c & rh 60 5% : recoating : 4 to 6 hours. covering capacity: 8-10 sq. Garware Expressive Exterior Emulsion Plastic Paint is premium water based, high performance, and long lasting exterior paint which is formulated to suit the extreme tropical conditions of high rainfall, humidity and heat. The product is based on 100% Acrylic resin and hence it forms a tough and flexible protective film, with an excellent bonding to the substrate, which prevents peeling off or cracking for years together. Garware Expressive Exterior Plastic Paint contains a unique combination of surface protections, which are released slowly over a long period of time. This actively helps not only to prevent the fungal & algae growth, but also, ensures constant surface activity against these irritants for a long period. The surface to be painted must be free of all dust, grease, traces of paint flakes, etc. For the application of Garware Expressive Exterior Plastic Paint, surfaces previously coated with cement paint must be cleaned thoroughly with a stiff coir brush, to remove dust, dirt, chalking or any friable material. This ensures proper adhesion of the new paint system. Garware Antifungal Solutions attack is great treatment. Parapet tops and other horizontal surfaces require special attention in this respect. The surface should be allowed to dry completely after fungicidal treatment. All structural cracks must be filled with White Cement and leakages should be stopped, before actual painting. Garware Antifungal Solution can be applied by brush, roller or spray. When the surface is clean and dry, excel 100% thinned with 100% volume of clean water, should be applied as Primer Coat. However, for previously painted surfaces, two topcoats can be directly applied on properly prepared surfaces, without applying a Primer Coat. After the priming coats have dried (2-3 hrs), two final coats of Excel 100% can be applied after thinning the paint with 40% 50% volume of clean water. Additional coat is recommended on parapet tops and other horizontal surfaces for better protection from Algae and Fungus. Salient Features :
