This ensures proper adhesion of the new paint system. Attack is great treat ment with garware antifungal solution is imperative. Parapet tops and other horizontal surfaces require special attention in this respect. The surface should be allowed to dry completely after fungicidal treatment. all structural cracks must be filled with white cement and leakages should be stopped, before actual painting. Application methods: can be applied by brush, roller or spray. When the surface is clean and dry, excel 100%, thinned with 100% by volume of clean water, should be applied as primer coat. However, for previously painted surfaces, two topcoats can be directly applied on properly prepared surfaces, without applying a primer coat. after the priming coats has dried (2-3 hrs) two final coats of excel 100% can be applied after thinning the paint with 40 50% by volume of clean water. additional coat is recommended on parapet tops and other horizontal surfaces for better protection from algae and fungus. packs available: 1 ltr, 4 ltrs, 10 ltrs, 20 ltrs.

Garware Inspiration Luxurious Interior Emulsion Plastic Paint is a premium quality Architectural coating specially formulated by using pure acrylic latex, and high opacity micronised pigments, which has been in-corporated in Garware Impressive Interior Plastic Paint so as to impart smooth velvet finish, with excellent washability. Garware Impressive Interior Plastic Paint can be applied on the Interior surfaces, on new (with appropriate curing) and previously painted surfaces like plastered brick, work concrete and wooden surfaces with plaster primer. The surface we want to paint should be made free from dust, oil, grease, traces of old flakes, fungus etc. Apply suitable plaster primer prior to application of Garware Impressive Interior Plastic Paint. Garware Impact Luxury Interior Emulsion Plastic Paint is a specially formulated emulsion paint based on a durable co-polymer resin, high opacity micronized pigments, and additives to give better properties. Garware Impact Interior Plastic Paint needs to be thinned with clean water before the application. It is recommended for interior and exterior application to a wide variety of new or previously painted surfaces such as plaster, brickwork cement endering, concrete, hardboard brickwork etc. The surface to be painted should be clean, dry and free from dirt. Newly plastered surface should be allowed to cure for about 12 weeks prior to painting. Ensure that the surface is free from efflorescence. For painting, remove all powdery and flaking paint from the surface. Rub down the surface with suitable sand paper to ensure good adhesion. Garware Impact Interior Plastic Paint should be thinned with clear water. For smooth application to get good results thin the paint by adding one part of water and two parts of paint. Suitable primers should be used prior to application of Garware Impact Interior Plastic Paint. Minimum two coats of Garware Impact Interior Plastic Paint should be applied to get the satisfactory results. Thinning of Paint with excess water will adversely affect the opacity and inter Coat adhesion. Salient Features :

Garware Exact is much superior to normal cement paint coatings in respect to exterior durability, finish, washability and resistance to fungus / algae. Garware Exact Exterior Plastic Paint is specially designed for application on exterior walls of houses and architectural buildings situated in dry or moderately humid climatic condition. It should kept in mind that before applying Garware Exact Exterior Plastic Paint, surface to be painted should be clean, dry and free from any loose paint film, dirt, chalk, grease, fungus and algae. For areas, where there is excessive fungal growth, the surface should be treated with Garware Antifungal Solution. Only cement plaster should be used for filling of cracks and leveling of substrate. Do not use putty on exterior surfaces. Salient Features :
