Mag Demag Controller






















These are Magnetise and Demagnetise units for Electromagnetic Chuck.
The Electromagnetic chucks are used to HOLD the job in surface finishing machining operations.
Input :230 V ac Single Phase.

Output :110 V DC at 2 amps. or 110 V DC at 6 amps.



Normally MAG process continues for a long time ( minutes to hours ) and once the surface finishing is over, the job needs to be released from the chuck. Now the procedure of DEMAG starts, which removes the residual magnetism in the chuck and the job gets released. The DEMAG process takes around 20 seconds.

























The operations are without any Electromechanical relays in the output DC line. Both the MAG and DEMAG procedures are through Electronic Switches. Hence, the durability is high.



































Power SupplyUnit for Electromagnetic & Electro Permanent Magnetic Chucks
110V DC Power Supply is required for Electromagnetic Chucks. The Ampere rating starts normally from 2 amps upto 20 amps. These power supplies operate on 230V ac Single Phase or 415 V 2 phase, ac 50 Hz. DC Voltage can be varied and set as per requirements. The magnetic force generated by a CHUCK varies as per the DC Voltage. Power of a CHUCK can be controlled. Power supply Unit is continuously connected to the Magnetic Chuck.
600 V DC Power Supply is required for Electro Permanent magnetic ( EPM ) Chucks. The 600 VDC is discharged into a winding coil of EPM chuck. EPM coil resistance varies from 1 Ohm to 6 Ohms. The discharge current is in the range of 100Amp to 600 Amps. These power supplies operate on 230V ac Single Phase, ac 50 Hz. DC Voltage can be varied and set as per requirements. A magnetic force generated by a CHUCK varies as per the DC Voltage. Power of a CHUCK can be controlled. User can activate the Magnetic Chuck and disconnect the Power Supply Unit.
Power Supply For Magnetic Lifters
It is similar to a Power supply for EPM chuck.
Applications :
Milling Machines, Grinding Machines, Material Lifting, Raw Material Handling, Scrap Handling, Scrap Sorting, Finished goods handling, etc.

Three Phase Power Controller

This controller operates on a 3 phase line to keep the primary voltage of a 3 phase transformer constant. This is a Thyristor based Controller, especially made for Electroplating operations. Electroplating process is more efficient if the voltage DC and its current are maintained at a desirable or set level.
