Output :110 V DC at 2 amps. or 110 V DC at 6 amps. Normally MAG process continues for a long time ( minutes to hours ) and once the surface finishing is over, the job needs to be released from the chuck. Now the procedure of DEMAG starts, which removes the residual magnetism in the chuck and the job gets released. The DEMAG process takes around 20 seconds.

This controller operates on a 3 phase line to keep the primary voltage of a 3 phase transformer constant. This is a Thyristor based Controller, especially made for Electroplating operations. Electroplating process is more efficient if the voltage DC and its current are maintained at a desirable or set level. To work with the unstable voltage environment at the 3 phase incoming side, thyristor control technique is the best choice.
Other Applications :Industrial heater control, soft starter.
