Surface Preparation & Application : Suitable for both interior and exterior use.  For priming plastered walls, asbestos, concrete, brickwork, etc. Has excellent sealing properties and good resistance to dampness, efflorescence and alkali. Provides excellent bonding with surface and with topcoat emulsion. Gives very high hiding properties and whiteness. Apply on dry, clean and sound surface. Use one or two coats depending on surface condition. Dry 24 hours before applying finishing paint. Use clean fresh water for thinning.
