QUALITY

A full fledged quality control laboratory for quality assurance of intact materials like PET,HDPE, Master colour, Corrugation Shipper, Shrink sleeves, bopp has been set up in-house in our plants at Bhiwandi. Manufactured bottles, Jars and Containers are throughly tested for:

• Wall thickness a different points to ensure uniformity in distribution of materials.


• Overall weight, body diameter, neck dimension to ensure that the product is as per ISI standards.


• Top load (resistance) test, MFI. leak, tester and vibration etc.
