Before packing any food product in Glass Per Bottles the same are required to be washed. The bottles are washed with a Jet of soapy water followed by plain water.

This is an oven in which chamber is heated by air circulation around. Air is heated by specially made very efficient diesel burners. The fuel used for heating is diesel as against electricity gas in normal deck ovens.

This machine is used for reforming the body of cans, which is supplied in flat form for easy transportation by the manufacturer of cans. This also reduces the cost of transportation of cans.

In industry the oven can be used for preparing items on experiment basis, testing the new recipe, finding the exact temperature for perfect baking of any item, reaction of different mixes after heating etc.

The most reliable method is embossing, although orthodox yet full proof and very cheap. In this machine lids of cans before being put on cans are embossed by embossing press. The press is manual and comes with a set of alphabets and numerals. It is foot operated and requires no power even an unskilled labor can operate it.
