Our product range contains a wide range of Open End Cotton
We are producing Dyed Open End spun yarns from Regenerated cotton fibres with Cotton Rich Blends and Cotton/Wool blends. We are producing these yarns using the best European Carding Machines and Open End Spinning Rotors. We offer our yarns in a wide range of approximately 50 beautiful solid or heather colours. We currently produce yarns in the count Range of 3s Ne to 8sNe in Singles and can offer folded / cabled / plied yarn in multiple plies using the best twisting machines thereby offering an infinite possibility of colours and fancy effects.
We believe in the benefits of Recycling for the Ecology and hence we make all our yarns with a recycled fibre content. We have GRS (Global Recycle Standard) certification from Control Union for our recycling process. We are a completely vertically integrated unit having our own recycling division where we collect textile materials from all over the world and sort and grade and recycle at our own plant. Our state of the art Open End Spinning plant comes from Brands like Rosique of Spain, Rieter of EU,
Since the fibre is already dyed before it reaches our plant there is no additional dye costs for our customers, this helps us eliminate our dependency on water for processing and is also beneficial to the environment. We generally blend recycled polyester fibre in our blends for added strength.
