Features : - Wide Combustion Chamber : Has a high efficiency combustion chamber lined with the most durable fire resistant material protected against high temperature applications of fuel burning.
- Standard fuel Flow System Controls Fuel by Volume : Standard fuel flow and control system regulates fuel by volume. Conventional gas burner regulate by servo motor or oil burners use a preset pump and control fuel delivery with a fuel pressure regulator. This conventional system creates variable to fuel flow and causes over and under firing and saves energy.
- Swing Out Burner : Allows easy access for cleaning the burner I-Iead, Diffuser, nozzle and blast tube if needed. Easy Combustion chamber routine clean out. We provide complete access to inside of combustion chamber.
- Full Access Clean Out Door : Complete access to the inside of hot water generators or boilers combustion chamber through our full and visible clean out panel.
- Burns Fuels from N .G/L.P.G/P.N .G/C.N .G to Light Diesel Oil : We provide gas or Duel fuel gas and only oil firing type Burner system combines if preheats for oil is required.
- Longer Burn Path : Combined with package three pass design provides the best combination of efficiency and easy maintenance.
- Gas Filtering & Oil Preheat System : Gas filtering system on demand with oil removing system for N. G/ L.P.G/P.N.G./C.N.G Fuel as a Gas and Oil Pre Heating and Filtering system consistent oil temperature and viscosity to the burner is provided.
- Electronic Solenoid Valve : Gas/oil shut off valve eliminates nozzle drip against sludge at the diffuser point bottom of the chamber.
