PET BCF Yarn is developing fast and taking up the place of costlier PA6 BCF yarn for residential applications. In the last couple of years, the growth of PET BCF yarn in the US markets is exponential. The most popular yarn configuration for this yarn is 10dpf in Frise Heat-set form but even 3.5dpf giving much softer feel is creating waves in the market. The yarn is most popularly made in 1200 denier 2ply Frise Heatset form. They are generally dope dyed in beautiful bed-room colors but you can also get it in ecru/raw white color to dye it subsequently in your own colors.
We have developed a very special Dope Dyed Polyester Bath Rug yarn of low dpf. The yarn configuration is 1200 denier / 1152f * 2ply 130 tpm Straight Heatset on Superba.
This yarn gives a luxurious, ultra soft feel and is available in a range of 27 lovely colors.
Bath rugs made with this yarn is soft and silky and absorbs the moisture from the feet quickly giving a very good feeling. Try it out!!
