Apex vent is assembled on-site. Constructed roof vents are roofing components custom-designed and placed directly on the roof\'s ridge to provide optimal airflow for factories. The process involves creating frames manufactured in our factory and installing them on-site. The material used for the vents is selected to meet the specific requirements of the roof\'s ridge. The ridge vent spans the entire length of the roof ridge, allowing hot air to escape the factory\'s building space while facilitating the inflow of fresh air through the inlet or opening vent.
Apex-type Airflow Ridgevents are custom-built on-site ridge vents with numerous advantages. Designed to fit precisely on the roof, they offer superior sealing and a reduced likelihood of leaks. The Apex Ridgevent consists of two frame structures, which are pre-assembled in our factory to ensure ease of installation and delivery. The primary and secondary structures are welded together, resulting in a solid and stable framework.
The main frame structure is securely welded with a base steel component at the ridgevent throat, integrating seamlessly into the roof structure. The sideboard is constructed from a colour-coated pressed profile sheet with edge flashing for enhanced strength and aesthetics. Depending on installation needs, the ridge can incorporate either colour-coated metal sheets or translucent polycarbonate sheets, offering flexibility in material choices.
To ensure efficient drainage, the ridgevent is equipped with a flow guide plate that directs rainwater onto the roof surface. This feature, combined with a leak-proof solution, prevents water infiltration and ensures reliable rainwater management.
