Methods of Application :
- LDPE Shrink Film is used on automatic shrink wrapping machines. Common method of applying heat is a hot air circulating chamber, with a conveyor to move the product. Products travel through heat tunnel, and are exposed to heat for only a few seconds. While traveling through tunnel, the film shrinks tightly over the product it is covering.
- Other common instruments that can be used for shrink wrapping process are heat guns, L-Sealers, Impulse Sealers etc.
