Eddy Current Separator machines are an effective way of removing non-
ferrous metals from other products. Application such as aluminum cans
from municipal waste, aluminum flakes from shredded PET, brass and
aluminum from foundry sands, and metals from shredded auto mobile
scrap, other metals such as lead can also be removed.

A Shredder is a machine that tears large scrap into smaller portions of higher density
that are free from rust, dust & colour contents. The scrap is fragmented into small
pieces by specially designed Hammers that strike the in feed scrap with very high
torque. These hammers beat, shred and shear the scrap feed inside the machine until
it is converted into the sheave size which is provided at the bottom structure of the
machine. The hammers are made of special alloy steel for longer life and impact
resistance.

Horizontal Vibrating Screens are equipped with two vibrating motors rotating in
opposite directions. This dual motor configuration causes the screens frame to vibrate in
a linear or straight-line motion perpendicular to the plane of the motors. Normally, the
motors are positioned at an angle of 50 degrees with respect to the screens surface. This
result in excellent forward conveyance of oversize particles , even when the screens
frame is in an uphill position. Depending upon the application, the horizontal screens
frame can be position from 10 degrees uphill to 15 degrees downhill. Maximum capacity
is achieved in the uphill position, causing the formation of a pool at the feed end of the
machine. The head or pressure from the pool increase fluid throughout. The horizontal

Circular Vibrating Screen for dry classification of liquids from solids and powdered
