HSS Standard - Dmo5

Circular saw blades are made from high speed steel HSS with impurity of tungsten, vanadium, molybdenum and 1% of cobalt (HSS Dmo5).This kind of circular saw blades are very tough and abrasionresiting, especially when use in treatment process with high temperature. They are designed for cutting steel and aluminum profiles, bronze, brass and steel elements and solid materials.

HSS 5% Cobalt-Emo5

Circular saw blades are recommended for cutting stainless steel and acid resistant steel. This kind of HSS circular saw blades are manufactured from high speed steel with impurity of tungsten, molybdenum and 5 % of colbalt (HSS Emo5). Thanks to this user can cut steel with increased strength.

HSS Tin

Circular saw blades coated with TiN (Titanium Nitride) reach very high surfacemicro hardness which allows cutting materials with high mechanical strength. Tey are recommended particularly for cutting medium and hard steel. Tin surface enables to increase the circumferential speed and feed rate per tooth, shortening the duration of work cycle. They are designed for cutting profiles and solid material.

Glob Tools Factory produces band saw blade recommended for each type of wood. Application to cut in:

- hard wood, - soft wood, - plywood, - fibreboard, - chipboard (recommended blade with hardened teeth). It is possible to deliver band saw blades toothed, set, sharpened, hardened. Band saw blades are made from high carbon steel HCS with hardness 43-46 HRC. Band saw blades with hardened teeth offering hardness of teeth tips 57-60 HRC. We supply band saw blades welded to requested length or in coils of 25, 50, 100 m (or custom length).
