Global Vision Eco Green Infra tech Private Limited had Proprietary firm M/s New Urja Electrical from Year 2004 and from 04 Nov.2015 converted it into Two private Limited Companies named Global Vision Eco Green Infra tech Private Limited and Synergy Eco green Infratech Private Limited under the same employee and setup, only directors and some additional employees been added for smooth and more targets and better deliveries of services.
At Aurangabad we were working from Year 2005 as a Proprietary firm Named M/s New Urja Electrical, Aurangabad and have Annual turnover as given below at present we closed all activities on our proprietary firm and converted the same into two Private limited companies and one of them is named as: Global Vision Eco Green Infratech Private Limited. We registered our company with Registrar of companies, Ministry of Corporate affairs, Government of India with registration Number CIN U74120MH2015PTC269859 on Dated: 04 Nov. 2015.
