Construction: The unit is scientifically designed to provide excellent vacuum & temperature performance. The unit has a double walled construction. The inner chamber is made up of heavy gauge Stainless Steel, argon welded & mirror polished. The outer body is made up of MS; with powder coated finish in two tone colour (outer S.S. chamber can be provided on request). The main door of Aluminum casting is provided with a toughened glass at the center, for easy viewing of the contents of the inner chamber.Features:High reliability and low leakage rate.0 to 30 0 to -760 mm of Hg. Vacuum.Vacuum gauge and cock provided via SS T type coupling.High Low Temperature Selector Swith for precise control.Imported ( Capillary type Hydro-electric Thermal Fluid )Thermostat Control with Energy Regulator.Long lasting molded silicon gasket on door to provide perfect sealing of the inner chamber.Purging facility (as option)for Nitrogen gas through inletoutlet copper tubingVacuum pump excluded.Temp. Construction The Laboratory Oven has a triple walled construction. The inner chamber is made of SS & outer chamber is made of SS / MS with powder coated finish and glass wool insulation of 65 mm between walls. Control System : Microprocessor based temperature controller controls the heating process and digital timer with audio / visual alarm system is provided. A SS finned heater is used for heating process. A Motorized Forced Air Circulation by blower motor arrangement on top of oven for uniformity of temp of the inside chamber. The flush door is fitted with a virgin square silicon rubber gasket and is also fitted with special lock and handle. Temp range: Ambient to 250oC with readability of 0.1oC.Uniformity of temp:2%of FSD Optional

  • On demand Software based Microprocessor programmable PID controller with Time proportionate bands, data logger & cyclic timer, real clock battery backup, RAM memory, printer & PC interface controller with PT-100 sensor can be provided with the unit at Extra cost
