Model gmp gc_1047 low melter alloy with pid auto-tuned microprocessor based dual digital temperature indicator cum controller with membrane key-pads:scope: the unique apparatus is basically designed & developed for cutting accurate shield blocks that expose only the desired areas of human body for chemotherapy treatment and thereby shield the unaffected part of the body from hazardous chemotherapy radiation.Unit is made of high density glass wool insulated double walled (to have outer skin temperature of body less than 40*c ) stainless steel, ss 304 grade 18swg duly argon welded matt finished buff with a capacity of 6 ltrs. The machine has solid state electronic microprocessor based pid auto tuned dual digital display temperature controller cum indicator with pt-100 as a thermocouple sensor and has membrane key pads for programming set temperature values which provides for an accuracy of 1c & resolution of 0.1c.digital read-out gives constant control over temperature monitoring.
