We are offering multistage centrifugal pump test rig: a) the test rig consists of a 2-stage centrifugal pump set suitable for determining its characteristics at its rated speed. The test centrifugal pump is of 1.0 hp capacity of size 25mmx25mm(1"x1"). The pump is powered by 220 volts, single phase, 50hz. A stop watch and an m.s. Collecting tank of size 150 liters. With a gauge glass scale fitting, a drain valve and a bend are provided to measure the actual flow rate. An energy meter is provided to measure the input power to the pump set. B) other standard accessories include switch, flow control gate valve, foot valve and piping system with suitable pressure taps to fix the pressure and vacuum gauges.C) a sump tank of size 250 liters with suitable drain is provided to store the water.a strong iron stand fitted with wheels supports the complete test rig. The unit is moveable.All tanks are provided with frp lining for total rust protection.
