Precision distortion controlled fabrication, precision alignment of all tubes with two fuel ports

Machining of components with tolerances in the range 5 to 10 microns

Optical alignment of magazine tubes within 100 microns

Used for transferring new fuel bundles from NFM to Fueling machine & transferring spent fuel back to Shuttle Station
