All types of yarn (cotton, Viscose, Modal , Lyocell (Tencel & Excel) & Polyester) dyeing is done under various technicians within the time constraints. Our experienced dyers provide the best client specific services with perfect blend & various combination of dye stuff.
Samples are fed to spectrophotometer which gives the best recipe for the samples. Recipes are then developed in lab and a standard sample is developed after various tests-color fastness, rubbing fastness, and light fastness. With the standard recipe bulk lots are dyed in HTHP Machines and dried in R.F dryer. Finally after proper inspection, dyed stuff is send for packaging
